I always google anyone I post on the blog. So the other day I did a wiki on Case before I posted Would You Like A Sample on 'Touch Me, Tease Me'. In his discography I saw he had a minor hit in 2001 after "Missing You" called "Not Your Friend". Let me be the 1st to tell you this was my JAM back in the day. I looked up the video and it brought back memories of me recording music videos on my VHS and watching BET shows like Cita's World, Hits From The Street, and Midnight Love (or w/e it was called). AHHHH the good old days. =)

Yo Missy where you been at? I saw you on that Chilli show, but I need some music from you! Not just some lil ad libs on a Jasmine Sullivan song or a verse on a Ciara song either. I need the classic Supa Dupa Fly Missy in my life. To be honest I listen 2 pre-'Work It'/ Chubby Missy atleast once a week. Come flood my ears with that good eclectic music that you make soooo dag on well.

Would You Like A Sample seems to be a favorite amongst you folks so I HAD to give you folks a great deal since I've been gone for so long. "Wild Flower" by Hank Crawford is a classic and this one jazz song has been sampled by a number of rappers. Most recently it's been Drake with "Miss Me" (heard at 1:42-1:44), but "Drive Slow" by Kanye, "Dreams" by J Cole, "Shorty Wanna Be A Thug" by Tupac, and "No Ones Iller" by Eminem have all featured this song!

"Live Like We're Dying" by Kris Allen is MY JAM!!! When it comes on I scream the hook like a crazy woman lol. It's so motivational and makes me feel so free. If you've never heard this song take a listen.

I've been lunching on this blog! Over the course of 24 hours five people told me I need to update Gosh By Golly and damn it Imma give the people what they want!
